Incorporating AiM Movement principles into the Pilates exercises we also facilitate full range of motion and patterning in the body to create maximum ease and function.
Yoga means union, the joining together from separateness to wholeness.
We can experience this separation in many ways, fatigue, body pain, anxiety, depression to lack of creativity and joy.
Yoga creates the space to breath a clearer perspective, to release the old patterns and tensions that are holding us back from living with ease and vibrancy. We can create the opportunity to choose differently, to choose in harmony with who you truly are rather than what we have been conditioned to be.
