Private sessions, 1-2-1 or in group settings can offer you time and space to find what you need to live your life to the full.

We will work together to towards your personal needs and goals whether it is to reduce stress, fatigue and pain or increase strength, mobility and vitality. Working to find a format that will fit into your life, from one off sessions to weekly mentoring in person or online. Teachings draw from Yoga in the styles of  Vinyasa, Hatha , Yin and Yoga Nidra. Pilates, AiM movement analysis and Reiki.

  • 60 / 75 or 90 minute session
  • 3 hour Flow and Restore – Tailor made healing movement session, realigning and restoring your body and mind.
